17-inch Flat Panel | 800MHz
Like the three 15-inch iMacs that introduced the revolutionary new iMac design six months earlier, the 17-inch Flat Panel was the same work of art.
In addition to the roomy 17-inch widescreen display, the hard drive increased to 80GB and the graphics now sported a NVIDIA GeForce4 MX with 32MB of DDR SDRAM. A tray loading SuperDrive and Apple Pro Speakers came standard.
Like its earlier siblings, this model also came with the two 400Mbps FireWire ports, three USB 1.1 ports, a mini-VGA output port, built-in modem and Ethernet, and was AirPort ready.
