Mobile Safari is a fantastic browser but viewing websites on a 480×320 pixel screen can require quite a bit of scrolling. If you’ve ever found yourself at the bottom of any iPhone content and wish to quickly scroll to the top – here’s how to do it with a single tap.

Thankfully, this is a universal iPhone feature that works in any application. So the next time you wish to return to the top of the iPhone screen, no matter whether you’re in Mobile Safari, Mail, Contacts, whatever – simply tap the iPhone Status Bar. The status bar is the menu bar located at the very top of your iPhone screen.

One tap is all it takes and your screen will immediately scroll to the very top. Now that’s a feature worth remembering.
