Stickies for aging eyes

The default font size in Stickies is not ideal for older eyes, but thankfully, this can be easily remedied. Here’s how.

Open a Sticky with Command+Shift+Y (not exactly intuitive but think “Y” as in yellow sticky). Next, click Font → Show Fonts from the menu and set your preferred font family, typeface, size and color and close the Font preferences dialog window.

While you’re at it, click Color on the menu to see if a different color choice for the notepad might be more appealing to you. When everything is set to your liking, click Note on the menu and select Use as Default to finalize your default settings. Your eyes will thank you — mine did.
