Netflix members with iPads may now download the Netflix App for iPad in the App Store, allowing Netflix members to instantly stream TV shows and movies to their iPad. The Netflix iPad App is free and part of the Netflix unlimited membership.

You can now pre-order the iPad with Wi-Fi from the Apple Online Store to be delivered to your door or reserved for store pick up on April 3. The Wi-Fi + 3G iPad models won’t be available until late April. Apple is currently limiting orders to two per customer.

My interest in tablet devices extends beyond the Apple iPad. So I was delighted to see that Engadget had posted updated videos containing more information about the fabled Microsoft Courier. How many of these features will actually be implemented in future tablet computers? That’s unknown at this point but it’s still fun to watch. Enjoy.

Today, Apple announced the new 9.7-inch LED-backlit glossy widescreen iPad at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Theater in San Francisco.
